Description

Branch Manager V is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a large full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in accordance with the Bank's objectives. This position: 

  • Develops new deposit and loan business.
  • Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
  • Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.  
  • Provides leadership, training and supervision within the branch. 
  • Ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.  
  • Participates in community activities to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.  
  • Typically can originate and provide limited approval of all types of loans, including commercial, mortgage, and installment loans.  
  • This sized branch typically has loans and deposits combined totaling over $75 million and a larger staff.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 7+ years branch management and consumer lending experience
  • Demonstrated Teller, CSR and/or Loan Officer experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other technology tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
