Description
Branch Manager V is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a large full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security in accordance with the Bank's objectives. This position:
- Develops new deposit and loan business.
- Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
- Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
- Provides leadership, training and supervision within the branch.
- Ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Participates in community activities to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
- Typically can originate and provide limited approval of all types of loans, including commercial, mortgage, and installment loans.
- This sized branch typically has loans and deposits combined totaling over $75 million and a larger staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years branch management and consumer lending experience
- Demonstrated Teller, CSR and/or Loan Officer experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other technology tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
