2nd Shift V-Blender Operator
Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented V-Blender Operator to join our production team in Pottstown, PA. This role is responsible for accurately blending dry chemical materials according to established formulas, producing consistent 25-pound batches, and preparing finished goods for shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, with the ability to accurately track production activity in an ERP system.


Key Responsibilities

· Operate V-blender equipment to mix dry chemical products according to specified recipes

· Accurately measure and weigh raw materials to ensure batch consistency and quality

· Produce 25-pound batches and transfer finished materials into buckets for packaging

· Seal, label, and prepare buckets for palletizing

· Stack and palletize finished products in accordance with shipping and safety standards

· Record production data, material usage, and finished goods in the company ERP system to maintain accurate inventory levels

· Verify batch records and inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all housekeeping guidelines

· Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemical materials and use of PPE

· Inspect equipment and report any operational or safety issues to supervisors

· Maintain production records and batch documentation as required

· Assist with loading/unloading materials and general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, or blending operations is a plus

· Experience using ERP or inventory management systems preferred (or willingness to learn)

· Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch formulations accurately

· Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials

· Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained)


Work Environment

· Manufacturing/production facility handling dry chemical materials

· Exposure to dust and industrial equipment (appropriate PPE provided)

· Fast-paced, team-oriented environment


M-F 3pm-11:30pm

$22-$24/hour DOE
