Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team. This role supports sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment.

We are open to candidates at varying experience levels—from entry-level to senior. Responsibilities and compensation will be aligned with experience. Entry-level candidates will have the opportunity to learn from experienced team members, while senior candidates will lead sourcing and supplier management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, components, and services from qualified suppliers
• Issue and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Track order status and expedite critical items to support production schedules
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost)
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve best overall value
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (level dependent)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with or ability to learn ERP/MRP systems
• Manufacturing or technical environment experience preferred
