Note: This position is part of COLOR’s staffing program. You’ll work full-time with our client while being employed by COLOR.


About the Role

We’re looking for a Design Project Manager to support the creative pipeline for multiple gaming franchises. You’ll manage design request intake, coordinate workflows, traffic approvals, and ensure final assets are delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, detail-driven environments and enjoys keeping creative operations running smoothly.

This role thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that values clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. Design Project Managers bring organization, communication, and reliability to the creative process, ensuring designers have what they need to deliver high-quality work. While this role is primarily remote, employees may occasionally be asked to travel for key meetings or team events (typically 1–2 times per year).


Requirements


What You’ll Do

• Manage design request intake, prioritization, and workflow

• Coordinate approval trafficking and final asset delivery

• Maintain production ticket information and response-time data

• Track schedules, deadlines, and creative throughput

• Identify and secure required assets, specs, and metadata

• Support delivery of show lockups, Steam sale assets, resized logos, key art resizes, end slates, and business offers


What You Bring

• 3–5 years in project management, creative operations, or production coordination

• Experience supporting design workflows or creative pipelines

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Clear communication and comfort working cross-functionally

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments


Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting global game marketing or multi-franchise creative teams

• Familiarity with storefront or O&O creative requirements

• Experience with production ticketing or workflow management tools

Salary Description
$100,000 - $115,000 per year
