We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with deep experience selling complex cybersecurity, risk, assurance, and compliance solutions into healthcare delivery organizations, health plans, and insurance carriers. This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on driving net-new enterprise growth and expanding strategic accounts through executive-level engagement.
The ideal candidate brings credibility with CISOs, CIOs, TPRM leaders, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, and Enterprise Risk teams, and understands how assurance and compliance programs are operationalized across large healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large healthcare providers, payors, and insurers
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion within complex enterprise accounts
- Engage executive stakeholders including CISO, CIO, Chief Risk Officer, Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk leaders
- Lead consultative sales cycles centered on assurance, compliance, third-party risk, and regulatory alignment
- Position HITRUST as a strategic partner for:
- Risk reduction and cyber resilience
- Third-party assurance and vendor trust
- Regulatory and compliance confidence
- Navigate long, multi-stakeholder procurement and security review processes
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Alliances to deliver enterprise outcomes
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and deal inspection
- Travel as needed for enterprise customers
Required Experience:
- 7–10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
- Proven success selling complex SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC, or risk-based platforms
- Direct experience selling into healthcare providers, health plans, or insurance organizations
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management (TPRM), assurance programs, and compliance frameworks
- History of success engaging senior security, risk, and compliance executives
- Demonstrated ability to close six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling enterprise assurance, compliance, or risk management platforms
- Deep healthcare vertical expertise with large, regulated enterprises
- Familiarity with how healthcare organizations manage vendor assurance, attestations, and ongoing risk oversight
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed enterprise sales environments
