One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to support our growing Outer Banks team. We are looking for a motivated installer who can take ownership of jobs in the field, lead install crews effectively, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality installations.

Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC changeouts and system installations
- Oversee install helpers and maintain job efficiency
- Ensure installations are completed properly and on schedule
- Maintain professional communication with homeowners and management
- Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC install experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership and field problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
