IT Administrator
Description

Position Summary 

Responsible for providing IT related support to internal customers to minimize operational disruption.  Contributes to and supports the goals of the department and the organization. 


Essential Functions 

  • Provides various technical support to end users by      investigating and resolving software and hardware problems. 
  • Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft’s      full suite business applications and operating systems. 
  • Analyze and resolve network performance issues. 
  • Contributes      and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent      solutions. 
  • Assists with projects, tasks, and      planning. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • Does not directly supervise any employees 

Competencies, Skills, and Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related work experience 
  • Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) 
  • Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11 
  • Experience with networking preferred 
  • Work & learn independently 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize 
  • Multi-tasking abilities and thorough follow-up required 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required 
  • Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen
