Position Summary
Responsible for providing IT related support to internal customers to minimize operational disruption. Contributes to and supports the goals of the department and the organization.
Essential Functions
- Provides various technical support to end users by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems.
- Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft’s full suite business applications and operating systems.
- Analyze and resolve network performance issues.
- Contributes and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent solutions.
- Assists with projects, tasks, and planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Does not directly supervise any employees
Competencies, Skills, and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related work experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with networking preferred
- Work & learn independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Multi-tasking abilities and thorough follow-up required
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen
