Directs a parish faith formation program for youth and children. Supporting catechesis, sacramental preparation and ongoing spiritual growth.
Responsibilities:
· Organizes and oversees all aspects of parish faith formation programs for youth and children.
· Coordinates volunteers.
· Facilitates curriculum planning and program evaluation.
· Plans and organizes activities for specific faith formation groups.
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree or certification in Religious Education or Theology preferred.
· Experience in parish ministry or catechesis required.
· Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and pastoral practices required.
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
· Practicing Catholic with ethical standards, personal integrity, and conduct consistent with the morals and teachings of the Catholic Church.

· Pastor
