Description

Must have some HR experience, specifically with Benefits, Recruitment and Payroll.

The primary responsibility of this is to provide support to the Human Resources & Safety Manager by fulfilling the requirements below:

  • All Recruitment functions including job posting, interviews, and career/job fairs.
  • Weekly onboardings
  • Manage DOT Driver Program
  • Assist the HR/Safety Manager in Safety & Training Protocols and Certifications.
  • Manage property and liability claim processing
  • Complete weekly and monthly internal efficiency reporting
  • Regulatory compliance with HR/Safety Manager for various State & Federal Requirements.
  • Various other HR functions and projects as assigned by the HR & Safety Manager.

This position requires a high attention-to-detail and previous general HR experience is a must.

This list does not fully encompass all functions and duties that may come across during the day-to-day functions.
