We’re seeking an Education Manager with recent, hands-on K–12 classroom or school-based experience who is excited to bring their educator expertise into a broader impact role outside of the traditional classroom. This position is ideal for a current or former teacher, who deeply understands the realities educators face and is passionate about the creation of meaningful, practical educational resources and programs that truly support schools and students.
The Education Manager will lead and support the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of educational content and learning experiences across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to balance big-picture educational goals with strong project execution. This role requires someone who can support the translation of classroom experience into high-quality educator-facing materials by managing timelines, communication, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with consistency and care.
We are looking for someone who brings both an educator mindset and strong operational skills — someone who understands instruction, curriculum, and teacher needs firsthand, and who is eager to apply that experience in a mission-driven organization focused on educational impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the day-to-day execution of content and program deliverables, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to support consistent and timely delivery
- Provide program support for workshops, training sessions, and events, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects
- Track project details, versions, approvals, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution and follow-through
- Maintain organized documentation, resources, and files to support program continuity and team access
- Provide administrative and program support by managing workflows, updating materials, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content and program components
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field or other certification for Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in K–12 education (teaching, instructional coaching, administration, or similar)
- Experience supporting content development, program coordination, or educational resource production
- Strong understanding of K–12 curriculum standards, instructional practices, and school environments; science or STEM expertise preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to follow through on projects and maintain consistency across multiple workstreams
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel is required for two national conferences and a couple of other program-related events.
