Description
Leadership Received: Reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Lead Key Holder
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain stock and appearance of the store
- Actively seek out and engage with customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
- Build trusting relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as retail sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- High School degree
