The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and facility needs for multiple business locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, communicates well, can manage multiple moving parts and is comfortable handling both physical maintenance tasks and administrative responsibilities. Provides supervision to part-time maintenance employees.


 What You’ll Do: 

  • Performs general maintenance and repair work at office locations 
  • Drywall repair and patching 
  • Interior painting and touch-up work 
  • Repair and maintenance of sinks, toilets, and basic plumbing fixtures 
  • Changes light bulbs, ballasts, filters, and other routine maintenance items 
  • Responds to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner 
  • Coordinates and prioritizes repairs across multiple locations 
  • Maintains accurate maintenance logs, receipts, invoices, and paperwork 
  • Assists with vendor coordination and facility projects as needed 
  • Ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and operational 
  • Travels regularly to office locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana 
Requirements

 What We’re Looking For: 

  • Must live in the Greater Louisville Area 
  • Experience in commercial or business facility maintenance preferred 
  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Good communication and professionalism 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and basic computer systems 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required 
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies as needed 
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
