As a family of clinics, our Today’s ABA programs SERVE Together alongside speech, occupational, physical, and mental health therapists to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our North Charlotte clinic. We are expanding into a brand new 10,000 square feet, beautiful multidisciplinary clinic.


This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working in-person in the clinic to maintain strong connection with your interdisciplinary team and clients while offering a work from home day each week. In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support on the work from home day tailored to each child’s unique needs.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans 
  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians 
  • Complete in-person client supervision and in person and virtual parent sessions 
  • Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments 
  • Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches 
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed 
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements 

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification 
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 
  • Active North Carolina state licensure 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment
