Logistics Coordinator – Vehicle Transport & Dispatch
Description

Delavan Holdings is looking for a highly organized and dependable Vehicle Transport Coordinator to support the scheduling and coordination of vehicle transportation activity across multiple locations.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with multiple people throughout the day, and keeping moving parts organized. Prior dispatch or transportation experience is helpful, but not required — we are open to training someone with strong coordination, administrative, customer service, or dealership support experience.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle transportation scheduling and dispatch activity 
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, dealerships, and internal teams 
  • Track vehicle movement and provide status updates as needed 
  • Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and transportation timelines 
  • Maintain accurate records and update transportation information in internal systems 
  • Help resolve scheduling issues or transportation delays in a timely and professional manner 
  • Support day-to-day logistics coordination in a fast-paced office environment
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities 
  • Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and internal systems 
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through 
  • Customer service, administrative, dispatch, logistics, transportation, dealership, or scheduling experience is helpful but not required 
  • Valid driver’s license required
