As an Assistant Property Manager, you help people find their next home and get them connected in the community.
Responsibilities
- Create job requisitions and post positions through the applicant tracking system (Paylocity).
- Schedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews.
- Coordinate candidate and new hire travel when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting.
- Identify process efficiencies and enhancements within assigned duties.
- Coordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc.
- Manage background check and drug testing processes employee documents, entering information in the HRIS system and assign new hire training through learning management system.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- 1+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environment
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred

- Strong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits for Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
Pay Range: $24.18 - $30.24/hour
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
