About the Role
At Naqvi Injury Law, the Concierge is not just a front desk role, it’s the heartbeat of our client experience. You are the first face our clients see, often on one of the hardest days of their lives. Your warmth, presence, and professionalism set the tone for everything that follows. In a firm known for fighting for people, you are the embodiment of that commitment from the moment someone walks through the door. You will serve as a vital connector between clients and our team, keeping the front office running with precision, hospitality, and heart.

What You Will Do
· Be the warm, energetic presence that makes every person who walks through our doors feel seen, valued, and cared for from the first moment
· Own the client journey from arrival to departure, delivering a five-star, high-touch experience that reflects the caliber of our firm
· Run a tight, polished office that projects excellence. Our physical space is a direct reflection of our standards
· Uphold our standard of excellence across all office locations. Every space should feel as welcoming as our service
· Coordinate client appointments, conference room scheduling, and visitor check-ins with precision and care
· Anticipate client needs. Offer refreshments, provide comfort, and make people feel at ease during what can be an anxious time
· Receive incoming mail, deliveries, and packages
· Partner closely with attorneys, case managers, and firm departments to keep communication sharp, timely, and client-focused
· Stay ahead of operational needs. Proactively monitor and replenish office supplies so the team can focus on what matters most
· Guard client and firm information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. Trust is the foundation of everything we do
· Roll up your sleeves and support firm-wide administrative and operational initiatives. No task is beneath you and no challenge is too big
· Help bring our firm culture to life through thoughtful hospitality coordination for office events, team gatherings, and client meetings
· Handle client concerns with grace and urgency. Escalating quickly and professionally when needed, because every client deserves to feel heard
· Other duties as assigned

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
· Unwavering discretion and professionalism with sensitive client and firm information
· Background in receptionist, hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles preferred. We value people who already know what exceptional looks like
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional, climate-controlled office with moderate noise and frequent collaboration. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all firm and client matters.
High-pressure, fast-paced, environment. Requires the ability to meet strict, non-negotiable deadlines.
Standard work weeks require are a minimum of 40 hours, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work required, based on client needs and emergencies.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for 80% or more of the workday.
Constantly operates a computer and office equipment (scanners, phones, printers, etc.)
Frequently exchanges information in person, via telephone, email, or other approved digital platforms with clients and team members.
Prolonged screen use.
Must be able to occasionally list or move files and boxes weighing up to 20 lbs.
