Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Director of Metro District Management to help shape the future of one of Cohere's most important growth initiatives.
This role will lead the development and evolution of Cohere's metro district service line, creating the systems, standards, and operating model that support exceptional service delivery while advancing long-term community outcomes. You'll serve as both a strategic leader and subject matter expert, helping position Cohere as a trusted partner throughout the metro district lifecycle.
This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll collaborate with senior leadership, regional teams, developers, attorneys, financial partners, and community stakeholders while creating scalable solutions that support future growth.
If you're someone who enjoys building systems, solving complex challenges, influencing strategy, and creating structure where none exists, we'd love to meet you.
