Description


Loan Servicing

  • Process Loan Transactions, including advances, fee refunds, and payment reversals, etc. 
  • Process Loan Payoffs and Prepare Collateral Releases
  • Review, Track and Clear Loan Exceptions
  • Record DOT / Title Policies / Vehicle Titles and monitor post-closing collateral exceptions for documents (DOT, title policies, and vehicle titles) to ensure finals are on accurate and imaged. 
  • Track Flood Insurance and Collateral Insurance policies
  • File UCC Continuations
  • Review and perform needed maintenance from internal reports; including pre-authorization report, negative interest balance, closed loans with escrow, closed loan with zero balance, and closed loans. 
  • Prepare and approve loan operations wires
  • Complete USDA and NC Cap Reports
  • Process Modifications, Renewals, and Deferrals
  • Upload loan activity reports into Compliance software

Loan File Administration

  • Image Loan Documentation

Customer Service

  • Respond to Internal and External Client Inquiries - Communicating Effectively, Researching Requests, Recommending Solutions & Ensuring Resolution

Compliance

  • Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in loan operations at a bank or financial institution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
