Compensation

We’ll pay you an annual salary of $70,000 to $75,000.


About the Job

The Financial Analyst supports organizational planning and decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role works closely with leadership and program teams to evaluate performance, improve reporting processes, support budgeting and cash flow planning, and provide analysis that enhances operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:


Essential functions:

  • Identify, analyze and report trends, variances, and key metrics that provide leadership with actionable insights into program performance.
  • Design, build, and automate reports and dashboards that support the organization’s goals and strategic priorities.
  • Manage, validate, and analyze annual budgets and financial projections.
  • Develop financial models and cash flow forecasting to support operational decisions and evaluation of new initiatives.
  • Analyze and advise on shared service allocation methodologies to support fair and consistent distribution of organizational costs.
  • Key player in software implementation efforts, including data migration, testing, training, and reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and support leadership with timely, relevant insights.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3.5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or financial/nonprofit analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and organizations with multiple revenue streams.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems; nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
