You will be working in a high-traffic dealership with strong customer demand, structured training, and a proven sales process.
What You Will Receive
- Uncapped commission structure
- 30% commission
- $200 minimum per unit (up to $4,000+ depending on volume and pay structure)
- $500 per unit at 10+ sales (retroactive pay structure)
- $55K–$90K+ realistic earning potential
- Paid training and structured coaching
- Consistent customer traffic and lead flow

What You Will Do
- Actively manage internet, phone, and showroom customers
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Present vehicles and guide customers through the buying process
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Execute a structured sales process daily

The Bottom Line

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
