NOW HIRING MOWING CREW MEMBERS FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!
STARTING PAY OF $17-20 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
Are you passionate about working outdoors and keeping properties looking sharp? Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Mowing Crew Member to support daily mowing and grounds-maintenance services. Our ideal candidate is a dependable worker who enjoys hands-on tasks, takes pride in clean, well-kept lawns, and works well as part of a crew.
Responsibilities:
- Mowing services — mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and general yard cleanup.
- Grounds maintenance — pulling weeds, pruning shrubs, installing mulch or pine straw, and seasonal leaf removal.
- Tool use — safely use push mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Equipment care — keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Additional support — assist with other outdoor tasks as needed.
- Experience preferred but not required; comfort operating and maintaining basic lawn equipment is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Safety awareness and ability to perform all job functions efficiently.
- Team communication for working with crew members and clients.
- Outdoor readiness — comfortable working in all seasons and able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
