Now Hiring: CNA Staffing & Transportation Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented CNA Staffing & Transportation Coordinator to support daily staffing operations and resident transportation needs within our skilled nursing and long-term care community. This dual-role position is responsible for coordinating Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage while also arranging and assisting with resident transportation appointments and logistics.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment focused on exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities
Staffing Coordination:
- Prepare, maintain, and adjust CNA schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Manage call-offs, shift changes, and open shifts in a timely manner
- Communicate staffing needs with nursing leadership and agency partners as needed
- Monitor attendance and staffing compliance
- Assist with timekeeping, schedule tracking, and staffing reports
- Support onboarding and scheduling for new CNA team members
Transportation Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate resident transportation for medical appointments, outings, and services
- Communicate transportation details with residents, families, nursing staff, and providers
- Maintain transportation logs, appointment schedules, and documentation
- Ensure safe and timely transportation arrangements
- Assist residents during transportation preparation when needed

- Valid and active CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
