Description

 

Renaissance Terrace Community Living Center is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our growing community.


As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of the facility in accordance with resident/employee needs, government regulations, and company policy.


Licensed Nursing Home Administrator duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop or expand programs or services for medical and vocational rehabilitation, and community health and welfare promotion.
  • Direct and coordinate medical, nursing and administrative staffs and services.
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care, operations of support documents, cleanliness and appearance of facility, and ensure that resident's needs are being addressed.
  • Ensure consultants and other support resources are appropriately utilized.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements
  • Active Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing.
  • Successfully completed at least 64 college credit hours AND 2 years of supervisory experience in long term care.
