Floorhand

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Floorhand to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools

- Support the drilling crew during operations, including handling and transporting equipment

- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety concerns

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig site

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of drilling components

- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in drilling operations or related field preferred but not required

- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects

- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Willingness to work long shifts, often in remote locations

- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary certifications
