Description

 Full-Time Counselor (LCDC/LCDC-I) – SUD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Recovery Unplugged Treatment Center – Austin, TX

We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Full-Time Counselor to join our growing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in Austin, TX. If you are passionate about helping individuals struggling with addiction and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions for clients in recovery 
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team 
  • Support clients through all phases of treatment and discharge planning 
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
  • Coordinate care with referral sources and outside providers as needed 
  • Participate in clinical supervision, staffing, and multidisciplinary team meetings 
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment

Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • LCDC-CI 
  • Masters Degree 
  • Experience working in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred 
  • IOP experience is a plus 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve long-term recovery 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
