- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards

- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools properly

- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment at all times

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment

- Proficiency in different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of protective equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
