What You’ll Do:

  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, open enrollment coordination, new hire benefits orientation, and employee questions
  • Help employees and managers navigate benefit plans, 401(k) questions, and HR policies with confidence and care
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee data updates, ensuring benefits-related processes are handled accurately throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Partner with leaders and team members on employee relations matters and policy guidance
  • Coordinate training programs and support the rollout of HR initiatives and communications
  • Contribute to wellness programs, employee events, verifications of employment, and other HR projects as needed



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of HR experience, ideally with benefits administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and employment laws
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
