Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Internship Period: June 1st- Aug 20th
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support daily operations, reporting, administrative coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
Requirements
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Headquarters team as needed
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and internal meetings
- Prepare weekly KPI and performance summaries for Charter, Freight, and Reservations departments
- Maintain meeting action-item trackers and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks
- Assist with operational analysis projects including booking trends, freight shipping trends, and repeat client reporting
- Support monthly freight billing and related administrative processes
- Assist with employee engagement activities and Engagement Committee events
- Support company culture initiatives including Employee Spotlight programs and Paylocity engagement activities
- Help organize and maintain administrative systems including scanning projects, calendar clean-up, and file management
- Create, update, and maintain internal email templates and communication materials
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary Description
16.00 per Hour
