Shifts: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday
General Responsibilities:
- Interact with each individual to build rapport
- Plan and participate in activities at center and in the community
- Provide encouragement and direction to support staff
- Maintain oversight of all staff performance, participate in training and disciplinary action
- Documentation, data collection and audit collection
- Participate in individuals goal meetings
- Program budget planning
- Participate in additional trainings as needed
Requirements
- Valid Utah Driver License
- Background check and drug screen
- Aptitude to laugh
- Submitting documentation in timely manner
- Lift 50 lbs
- Assist individuals with hygiene and daily living skills
