RevCycle, Inc. and affiliate companies Alliance Collection Agencies, Inc. and Healthcare Business Services, Inc. are seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused Client Leader to strengthen and expand partnerships within our existing client base while identifying opportunities to enhance client value and service delivery.
This role is ideal for a proactive relationship builder and strategic thinker who excels at understanding client needs, fostering long-term partnerships, and delivering meaningful solutions. You will serve as the central liaison between clients and internal teams—driving client satisfaction, retention, and exemplary account outcomes while contributing insights to broader business development efforts.
Client Relationship Leadership
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Serve as a strategic advisor—proactively bringing insights, solutions, and innovation aligned to client goals
- Lead regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on shared objectives
Client Retention & Experience Excellence
- Own client satisfaction and retention outcomes across assigned accounts
- Proactively identify risks, address concerns, and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Lead resolution of escalated issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Champion a client-first mindset to ensure a consistently high-quality experience
Account Development & Value Expansion
- Identify opportunities to enhance services, improve outcomes, and deliver additional value within existing relationships
- Collaborate with clients to align evolving needs with appropriate solutions
- Support relationship-driven account growth initiatives that align with client goals
Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across operations, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery
- Guide onboarding and implementation for new clients and expanded services
- Monitor performance against SLAs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement
Data, Insights & Process Optimization
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track client engagement and insights
- Analyze performance data to inform client strategies and recommendations
- Develop and execute engagement programs such as feedback loops and satisfaction surveys
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with sales and marketing teams by sharing client insights, market feedback, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to account planning, proposals, and solution development as a subject matter and relationship expert
- Participate in select client presentations, RFP responses, and strategic discussions as needed to support business development efforts
Market Engagement & Industry Presence
- Represent the organization with professionalism at industry events and conferences
- Stay current on industry trends to enhance client conversations and internal strategy
- Support the organization’s market presence through thought partnership and client advocacy

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience with well demonstrated success in sales, business development and client success
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, collections, or related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance requirements preferred
- Highly developed business acumen and executive level presentation and communication ability
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed (<30%)
