Growing apparel wholesale company seeking an organized Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and assist with HR tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable & receivable 
  • Bank reconciliations & monthly reporting 
  • Payroll processing 
  • Inventory/accounting support 
  • Employee onboarding & HR paperwork 
  • Maintain employee and payroll records

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience 
  • Knowledge of Accounting software-QuickBooks and Excel experience required 
  • Good Management & problem solving skills
  • Payroll and HR support experience preferred 
  • Wholesale/apparel industry experience is a plus 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
Salary Description
$75,000 to $90,000 annualy
