Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time
HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy teams at two of our partner continuing care retirement communities in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Allen County. Scheduling can be very flexible and is based on caseload and staffing needs at the assigned facilities. This is a unique opportunity to experience a variety of work environments, team dynamics and patient populations.
Position Details:
· Full-time schedule, 30–40 hours per week.
· Float between the two sites daily, which are less than 10 miles/15 minutes apart, with compensated drive time and mileage for qualified travel.
· Strong interdisciplinary support and welcoming therapy teams focused on person-centered care.
· Respected facilities offering diverse patient populations from short-term rehab, long term care, outpatient, memory care, assisted living and independent living.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
