Sales Lot Assistant

 $17-$20/hour | Full-Time | No Experience Required | Training Provided 

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working outside, and operating equipment instead of sitting behind a desk all day?At PleasureLand RV Center, you'll work with some of the most exciting inventory on the road while helping keep our dealership looking its best. Every day is different as you move RVs, assist the sales team, support events, and play a key role in helping customers start their next adventure.No dealership experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and enjoys hands-on work.

What You'll Do

• Move, stage, and position RVs throughout the dealership lot
• Keep inventory organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Assist with lot appearance, displays, promotions, and special events
• Support the sales team with vehicle setup and customer deliveries
• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Help create a great customer experience from arrival to delivery
• Work safely while operating equipment and handling inventory

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Experience operating trailers, equipment, or vehicles is helpful but not required
