LVN

We’re looking for a compassionate LVN to join our team and provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of an RN to support daily health needs, administer medications, and help ensure a safe, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide routine nursing care and health monitoring
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Observe and report changes in health or behavior
  • Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) like hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
  • Support implementation of individualized care and behavior plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
  • Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and inventory
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when needed
  • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Active LPN/LVN license (multi-state preferred if applicable)
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
  • 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience with IDD, developmental disabilities, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • BLS certification
