LVN
We’re looking for a compassionate LVN to join our team and provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of an RN to support daily health needs, administer medications, and help ensure a safe, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide routine nursing care and health monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Observe and report changes in health or behavior
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) like hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Support implementation of individualized care and behavior plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and inventory
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when needed
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Active LPN/LVN license (multi-state preferred if applicable)
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
- Experience with IDD, developmental disabilities, or long-term care preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- BLS certification
