Responsibilities

  • Serves Applicants by determining eligibility & hiring requirements; scheduling of new hire orientations; fulfilling requests.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information as necessary.
  • Informs applicants by explaining orientation procedures; providing information; appointment scheduling/confirmations.
  • Fulfills requests by clarifying desired organization / branch goals.
  • Recognizing opportunities to up-sell positions; provide brief explanation of current jobs to applicants as requested.
  • Maintains call center database by logging all applicable information.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Not limited to other office tasks as assigned.

  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle sensitive or difficult issues with confidence and in a calm manner without being unduly influenced by intense emotions.
  • Data Entry Skills.
  • Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience using other standard office equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in call center or other related position.
  • Call Center or Staffing experience a plus.
