Responsibilities
- Serves Applicants by determining eligibility & hiring requirements; scheduling of new hire orientations; fulfilling requests.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information as necessary.
- Informs applicants by explaining orientation procedures; providing information; appointment scheduling/confirmations.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired organization / branch goals.
- Recognizing opportunities to up-sell positions; provide brief explanation of current jobs to applicants as requested.
- Maintains call center database by logging all applicable information.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Not limited to other office tasks as assigned.

- Data Entry Skills.
- Must display persistence and dedication to complete all assigned tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using other standard office equipment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience working in call center or other related position.
- Call Center or Staffing experience a plus.
