Description

The primary responsibilities of the Implementation and Integrated Marketing Manager are to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support organizational goals, product priorities, and business growth. This role oversees the Implementation and Integrated Marketing teams and drives cross-functional collaboration to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager ensures marketing initiatives are executed timely, effectively, and accurately. 


What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Implementation and Integrated Marketing teams by providing strategic direction, workload prioritization, performance feedback, and professional development support. 
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and organizational vision. 
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective execution. 
  • Oversee activities of the implementation team including product setup, accuracy, and tactical go-to-market execution, including quality assurance. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Category Management, Creative, Digital, Communications, Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive marketing programs. 
  • Establish, refine, and maintain marketing processes, workflows, and best practices to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Ensure alignment of messaging, audience targeting, channel strategy, and customer experience across all marketing touchpoints. 
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing performance through testing, data analysis, customer insights, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support the development of scalable campaign frameworks and go-to-market strategies that can be implemented across regions and teams. 
  • Monitor campaign execution timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams to remove roadblocks, streamline decision-making, and improve operational alignment. 
  • Stay informed of industry trends, marketing technologies, and emerging best practices to support innovation and strategic growth.
  • Manages staff by selecting, orientating, training, coaching, counseling, and developing personal growth opportunities for employees.
  • Responsible for supervising employees which includes: hires, terminations, demotions, promotions, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and other employee related functions.
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed.

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Prior leadership or people management experience preferred.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, marketing technologies, and emerging best practices to support innovation and strategic growth.
  • Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules as outlined by the Company.
  • 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
