Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience as a trainer/lead and/or a supervisor for all stations. Makes minimal mistakes and can solve problems in the moment.
  • Required to work full-time.
  • Must have Open Availability.
  • Has extensive knowledge of all Stations- Salad, Sandwich, Wood-Fire Pizza, Casserole
  • Models the way and ensures food quality is met by all team members
  • Able to communicate verbally, Empathetically, and in an articulate manner.
  • Team Player to all. Ensuring all co-workers and team members are included and helped out in a supportive way!

Position Summary:

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for ordering products, assisting in maintaining the Kitchen’s overall efficiency, and organization of its hourly team to meet the demand of the Restaurant’s services.
