Description

Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine is a physician-led specialty health care organization whose core business is to provide evidence-based, individualized treatment services for those suffering with chronic pelvic pain. Approximately 15-25% of men and women suffer from pelvic discomfort. In the US chronic pelvic pain effects 28 million women and is projected to grow to 43.6 million by 2050 according to the NICHD.


Persistent pelvic pain is often overlooked, untreated, and misguided. At PRM, our mission is to decrease the time patients are suffering from pelvic pain symptoms. Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine has positioned itself at the center of the pelvic pain ecosystem. We are nationally recognized experts dedicated to reducing the number of people suffering from this affliction. Our unique outpatient, non-operative, minimally invasive ultrasound guided approach to the pelvis is the first of its kind in the country. Our team focuses on diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in women and men with a procedure that is safe, effective, and more comfortable than what has been offered by pelvic pain providers in the past.

JOB TITLE: Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

LOCATION: West Palm Beach, FL

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources

SALARY: $55,000 - $60,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruiting process, from posting job listings, to sourcing and evaluating candidates, up to and including reference checks and the offer.
  • Analyze the cost of recruiting and run reports to create a recruitment plan
  • Partner with the HR Manager to develop and implement an equitable and inclusive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
  • Oversee the onboarding process including background checks, verification of employment, creating onboarding and orientation plans.
  • Maintain confidential employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Complete forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
  • Respond to employment verification requests.
  • Support day-to-day employee inquiries
  • Assist with and oversee the day-to-day efficient operation of HR policies and best practices and ensure compliance in different locations
  • Manage all HR administration including processing on-boarding, as well as creating job descriptions.

Requirements

 Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR experience recruiting for medical office environments with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging with candidates of varying experience levels and backgrounds for wide range of roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Paylocity Applicant Tracking System a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ATS.
  • Flexible, excited to work in an evolving high growth start-up environment.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity.
  • Proactive self-starter, excited to take on new challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.
