Position Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Part-Time Teller to join our team. In this role, you will assist members with a variety of daily financial transactions while delivering a positive and professional experience. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn about credit union products and services.

Availability required Monday through Saturday with varying shifts 

Key Responsibilities
• Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries
• Handle check cashing, money order purchases, and loan-related transactions
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy at the close of each business day
• Provide friendly and efficient member assistance while identifying additional products or services that may benefit members
• Remain informed on company procedures, financial regulations, and available credit union products
• Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service standards

• General computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly

• Experience with CUAnswers or similar financial institution software preferred

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related discipline is a plus
