In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, supporting payroll and billing processes, and collaborating with a dedicated team committed to excellence.
As our Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative functions, including:
- Reviewing and processing accounts payable and preparing weekly check runs
- Supporting bi-weekly payroll review and preparing payroll for approval
- Completing weekly journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
- Managing billing processes, including trackers, invoicing, and monthly vouchers
- Reviewing expenditure reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Supporting program initiatives and special projects
- Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining organized, up-to-date records and documentation in SharePoint
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred)
- Experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounting-related role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Self-Direction, OPWDD, HCBS, or IDD programs is a plus
