The Benson ThisGen Coordinator coordinates the ThisGen Ministry at the Benson Campus, implementing the vision, curriculum, and strategies set by the Pantano ThisGen team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute the vision, curriculum, and programming in alignment with Pantano Kids and Student Ministries.
• Recruit, train, and oversee Difference Makers (volunteers) to ensure a safe and engaging experience for kids and students. 
• Implement security protocols and child protection policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families at the campus, fostering relationships and equipping parents to support faith development at home.
• Ensure smooth Sunday operations, special events, and midweek programs as needed.
• Collaborate with church leadership and other ministry teams to foster integration and church-wide engagement.
• Provide feedback and communicate campus-specific needs for ThisGen Ministry operations.
• Manage and utilize the Planning Center Check-In module for ThisGen Services and events for the campus.

Other Duties:

• Attend weekly 1:1, team and staff meetings as requested
• Adhere to all church policies and procedures as well as ensure that volunteers comply with guidelines for ministry
• Work assigned duties during “All Hands On Deck” events such as Christmas and Easter services
• Other duties as assigned

• Active Difference Maker at Pantano Christian Church
• Proven strong leadership/management skills and experiences.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, lead, and manage a variety of teams and groups.
• Leadership experience in Kids and Student Ministry settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications
• Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email and calendar tools
• Ability to work productively without direct supervision
• Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff
• Experience with Mac and macOS a plus
• Experience with Google Drive a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel a plus
