 We are opening a high-energy Tavern concept built on great food, craft beverages, and a true neighborhood vibe. This is a hands-on leadership role for a true floor operator — not a passive manager position. A proven Manager who can help lead daily operations, drive guest experience, and build a strong team culture from day one. 


NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • No fast casual/fast food backgrounds preferred
  • Strong ability to lead busy shifts from the floor
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team leadership
  • Comfortable with scheduling, systems, and day-to-day execution

Shift Execution

  • Runs clean, organized, high-energy shifts
  • Maintains strong floor presence during peak service
  • Makes confident, real-time decisions

Guest Experience

  • Delivers consistent, high-level hospitality
  • Resolves guest issues quickly and professionally
  • Builds repeat guests through strong engagement

Team Leadership

  • Leads pre-shifts with clarity and purpose
  • Coaches and develops team members in real time
  • Holds staff accountable to standards

Operations & Standards

  • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and service standards
  • Supports FOH & BOH alignment during service
  • Executes systems, procedures, and policies consistently

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary - $50K-$65K Based on Experience
