Christ Panos Foods is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. We are dedicated to quality, service, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, foodservice operators, and other customers 
  • Present and sell company products, programs, and promotions 
  • Conduct in-person sales calls, prospecting, and customer follow-up through phone, email, and social media outreach 
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and margin expectations 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions 
  • Manage customer accounts, including pricing, order follow-up, and accounts receivable support 
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure excellent customer service 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities 
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting 
  • Travel throughout assigned territory on a regular basis

Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in broadline foodservice distribution required 
  • Proven experience in territory sales, account management, business development, and customer relationship management 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required 
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
