Description

R|O|C Physical Therapy is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help support our Tucson clinic.


This role centers on developing and strengthening referral partnerships, increasing patient evaluations, and serving as a key representative of our services within the local community. It is a strong fit for someone who excels in competitive, target-driven environments and consistently brings discipline, persistence, and accountability to their work


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, clinics, and other community referral partners
  • Promote R|O|C Physical Therapy services through face-to-face outreach, networking, and community engagement
  • Travel within the assigned territory to connect with referral sources and attend local events
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner at meetings, outreach activities, and community functions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for evaluations and referrals
  • Monitor, track, and report sales activity, referral trends, and market feedback
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts for new clinic launches
  • Partner with internal teams to help ensure a seamless and positive patient experience

  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-starter who is comfortable managing an independent, territory-based role
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on follow-through and accountability
  • Prior experience in sales, healthcare, or other performance-driven environments preferred
  • Backgrounds reflecting discipline, competitiveness, and perseverance (such as athletics, coaching, or similar fields) are highly valued
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required

Compensation

  • Base salary plus performance-based commission structure

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
