Position Details - Open Positions: Urgent Care, Pain Management, Family Medicine, Orthopedics and Cardiology
Status: Full-time (36-40 hours/week), Part-time (24 hours/week)
Location: Afton, Wyoming. Some positions require travel with the team.
Reports to: Clinic Manager
Compensation: Starting at $16.98/hour, based on experience and certification

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring smooth patient flow. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and rooming patients, collecting vitals and chief complaints
- Assisting with treatments, procedures, and medications (including injections)
- Managing administrative tasks: scheduling, calls, prescriptions, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records and test results
- Ensuring a clean, stocked, and safe clinic environment
- Supporting provider efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Attending trainings and meetings as needed
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Abilities:
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Team-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior medical experience or training preferred
- CPR certification
- Proficiency with computers and EMR systems
