Step 3 – Welcome to the CREW 

If selected, we'll contact you with your offer and everything you need to prepare for orientation, training, and your first day at COTALAND. 


Pay & Benefits 


Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. 


Work Schedule 

This position is based on-site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas. 

Crew Members should be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, rehearsals, special events, and seasonal peak operating periods.


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
  • Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
