What You’ll Do:

• Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail 
• Work all hot line stations and maintain strong station readiness 
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards 
• Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and organization 
• Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates in a fast-paced kitchen 
• Support smooth service execution during high-volume shifts

• 2+ years of professional line cook experience 
• Ability to work all hot line stations 
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
