Director of Demand Generation & Marketing
This isn’t a ‘keep the lights on’ marketing role. We’re looking for a strategic, energetic and data-driven marketing leader who will effectively optimize how QT9 reaches, engages and converts buyers in regulated industries — globally. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual is a true strategic partner who owns the demand generation vision, leads a marketing team of 4+ professionals, and ensures every initiative is tied to pipeline impact. This position is onsite in Aurora, IL (moving to Batavia, IL in late 2026) or The Woodlands, TX.

Must Haves
- 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role
- B2B SaaS experience is required — you understand the dynamics of software buying cycles, long sales processes and complex multi-stakeholder decisions
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing demand generation strategies tied to measurable pipeline outcomes
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable MAP) and proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution
Definite Pluses
- Experience marketing to regulated industries (medical device, pharma, aerospace, manufacturing) is a meaningful plus
- Bilingual proficiency specifically in Spanish is a plus, given QT9’s projected growth strategy for Mexico and other Latin American markets
