So, what is this job? We are looking to hire a meticulous, trustworthy individuals to take

want to talk to you.

Let’s Have Some "Real Talk" (The Nitty Gritty):

-Yes, it’s Cleaning: We are talking about bathrooms, floors, and trash. It’s not glamorous

work, but it is the most important work for our resident experience.

-You Need to be Self-Motivated: You won't have a boss hovering over your shoulder

cleaning supplies for your whole shift.

-The Chemical Wizard: You know your products. You understand Safety Data Sheets

(MSDS) and know which chemicals banish germs and which ones should never be

mixed.

-The Trustworthy Soloist: Integrity is everything. You treat our facilities with respect

and handle your duties with total honesty.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

-The Full Sweep: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents in

designated facility areas.

fresh.
