Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Harter Family Medicine in Waterloo. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support our healthcare team in delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding family medicine.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of family medicine procedures and terminology is a plus.
